Contacts are automatically created from bookings - every guest who books through any connected PMS or channel appears in your CRM.
Each contact shows: name, email, phone, preferred language, tags, first booking date, last booking date, total bookings, total revenue, and total nights stayed.
Sort by any column - alphabetical, most bookings, highest revenue, most recent stay, or creation date.
Filter by tags, booking date range, revenue range, or booking count. Save filter presets for instant access.
Tags are fully customizable - VIP, repeat booker, problematic, owner, cleaner, friend-of-friend. Assign multiple tags per contact.
Bulk operations: select multiple contacts for tagging, deletion, or export.

Contact Table
Full-featured data table with columns: name, email, phone, language, tags, bookings, revenue, nights, first/last stay. Sortable by any column. Inline search across all text fields.
Contact Detail Page
Click any contact to see their full profile: personal info, booking history (with property, dates, revenue), communication timeline, tags, and internal notes. Edit any field directly.
Smart Tags
Create custom tags (VIP, repeat, problematic, etc.) and assign them to contacts individually or in bulk. Tags appear as colored badges. Filter the contact list by tag combinations.
Bulk Operations
Select multiple contacts via checkboxes. Available bulk actions: add/remove tags, export to CSV, delete. Confirmation dialogs prevent accidental mass operations.
Auto-Population
Every booking automatically creates or updates a CRM contact. The system extracts guest name, email, phone, and language from booking data and check-in forms. Duplicate detection merges contacts by email match.
